Hari ni aku nak membebel lagi...
Apalagi...bebel pasal rumah yg aku beli tu la...hehe...aku rasa aku kot yg ter'over' kalut...bagi org lain...normal je....
1) upon agree to purchase, sign offer letter & place 2% deposit (Awal Feb 2010)
2) Bank loan approve (Tengah bulan Februari 2010)
3) within 14 days need to sign S&P agreement, place 8% deposit (Last Feb 2010)
4) withdrawal of EPF money (Last May 2010)
Tu la...owner yg jual rumah ni la....berlagak haritu takmo guna lawyer yang sama...nak guna lawyer dia sendiri...last2 lawyer dia tak pandai wat keje...kitaorg tak rugi apa...dok tunggu kunci umah je....owner tu la rugi...coz still bayar umah tu kat bank lagi...sebab tak settle2 lagi proses dia jual umah tu kat kitaorg....nasib baik la lawyer kitaorg ni rajin dok follow up ngan lawyer owner tuh...hmm...sabar je lah...
tup tap tup tap dari bulan Februari sehingga June yg dah nak masuk Julai ni...kira ek...berapa bulan dah....4 bulan setengah...hek eleh....org lain siap setahun baru leh masuk umah baru...aku je yg kecoh2....wakakaka...
ok lah...dah abis membebel...cau cin cau!!!
